We help landlords let and manage good quality residential and commercial properties by placing professional individuals, couples, and families.
Collectively, we have over forty years of experience in the property sector and have been established since 2013. Our focus is on providing a reliable, value-led service rather than competing on price.
If you are unhappy with the tenants we have found, we will not charge a re-let fee.
Our rent collection and management service is designed to be cost-effective and straightforward. We prioritise long-term tenancies and high standards of property care, helping reduce wear and tear and ongoing costs.

Residential Property

Letting and management

Fully managed

We provide letting, rent collection and management as part of one package.


In addition to the included let only package, we are the point of contact for all parties, collect the monthly rent into our client account, pass the rent followed by a statement, making it easy for your accountant to file your books.


Our fees for this service are charged on a monthly basis. Owners are not tied to long managmeent contracts. We have a simple three months notice period and the agreement swaps to a let only.

Let only

A free up-to-date market valuation and advise on tweaks that may help achieve more rents in our first meeting.


We then, arrange for professional photographs and marketing on various platforms. Viewings are then carried out smoothly and updates are provided regularly. 


We offer a unique angle to this service, where a one off fee is charged.

Let & Rent Collect

In addition to the let-only service, we set up your tenancy with the rent collection feature on our up-to-date cloud-based property software. 


Rent reminders are flagged up, and our team deals with your tenant(s) directly. This reduces your interaction with tenant(s), which means that you can focus on what you do best. 


As soon as your rent is collected, this will be transferred to your chosen account. 

Once you have been paid, an electronic rental statement is sent to your inbox.  

Referencing, Agreements, Security Payments

Referencing and administration per applicant

We use an independent company with an advanced tenant referencing platform, specialising in tenant credit checks. 

Assured shorthold tenancy agreement

Providing you with an uptodate legal agreement protecting all parties and electronically signed using Docusign, offers eSigniture.

Security deposit registration and handling

With a scheme that is authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide tenancy deposit protection in England and Wales.

Letting and management

Let Only

Arrange for large to let board on your property for a small fee. Take wide angle pictures to use for marketing on national platforms. Attend to enquiries and arrange viewings to potential credible occupants. Negotiate the terms. 


Management

The tenant contacts us so that you can get on with what you do best and in return we deal with all the issues, this includes dealing with third party. In addition, our numbers team issues the monthly or quarterly rental invoices and collect the rent. 


Rent reviews

We will negotiate with the occupier and agree to update the rent to or above market value. If need be, we will work hand in hand with a registered surveyor to deal with more complex issues.
