Our Process
1. Contact
You will contact us either by phone or email. We will answer any questions that you may have.
2. Property viewing
If you are interested, we will arrange a viewing at your convenience.
3. Holding deposit
We will send out a holding deposit agreement if you like the property once we have agreed on the preliminary information, worth one week's rent.
4. Referencing & signing
We process your references. We may ask for a guarantor or additional rent in advance. You pay the outstanding balance. All parties sign the agreement electronically.
5. Check in
Now for the exciting part - we will arrange a time to check you in. We'll meet you at your new home, make a check-in report to record the condition, and provide you with your keys. Now you can enjoy your new home!
